About

Yeti  [yet-ee] – noun:  a legendary large, tall and hairy, humanoid creature said to inhabit the Himalayas…or South Texas

Born in Janesville, Wisconsin as a military brat, I’m blessed that my parents got me to Texas as fast as they could at the ripe old age of 6.  I love being a Texan and everything about my state.  I retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of proud active military service in 2003 and I’m still serving as a government Civilian so I work outside the home every day.  Along with my love of state naturally comes a profound love of Country.   I’m VERY domestic and find peace in the mundane –  I cook, I sew, I clean, I organize, I love my hubby, I love my grandson and the son that brought him to me, I love my dogs and the outside cat, and did I mention?  I love Texas.
